The Beta
Look to the right for a giant stack of rocks. Hike directly west (through the clear cut) keeping your eye for the top of Tailspin Boulder 
which will be barely visible. It should take 3 minutes (190 yards) to reach the boulders. If the gate is open park on the right side of the road and make sure there is enough room for others to easily pass. If the gate is closed you will have to walk the road which adds about 6-8 minutes (310 yards).
