The Beta
From the parking, hike along the old road for 15 minutes (0.6 miles). Keep an eye on the left for a faint old road leading into the forest. Join this for 3 minutes (100 yards) emerging into an clearing of ferns. The road continues through this keeping right for 5 minutes (270 yards). From here head slightly right towards the open hemlock forest and continue up the slight hill for (260 yards) The boulders are below the outcropping. GPS recommended for a first time visits and any late day adventure.
