Algerine Wild Area is a bouldering area at Slate Run in Pennsylvania, near Slate Run. The approach takes about 30 minutes.

Featured and pocketed sandstone blocks high on the hill above Slate Run.

The approach to the boulders is a long and steep one. You can either head directly up the hill once you cross the creek off Morris Run Rd. There also appears to be a old logging road accessed off Reynolds Spring Rd. which is longer but less elevation change. Pick your poison.

There are also boulders along Red Run and near the top of the Red Run Trail there is a cluster of boulders on the hillside to the west.
