Rail Trail is a bouldering area at Little Toby in Pennsylvania, near Brockway. The approach takes about 60 minutes.

A hillside of giant boulders with prominent striation and iron banding features right off the Little Toby Trail. The boulders extend from the old ghost town all the way to the suspension bridge. ... a lot of boulders.

The approach to the boulders is a long and steep one if you miss calculate the old logging road approach. While the trail approach is flat. Grabbing the old mountain bike and zipping out via the rail trail is your best bet. I hiked much of the hillside but the best concentration is here.

The rock quality is mediocre, quartz conglomerate. What is interesting are the rails, ribs, dimples and iron bands. Could clean up to be a great area.
